This is a text based search engine which is just like an
English-Japanese dictionary. In order to search for the Japanese text of an English text pattern,
you should enter a the search query (a word or a phrase ) in English in the above text box and click the search button .
All the Japanese terms along with their English texts will be displayed on this page. Note that if you enter a
single word from a phrase and if that phrase is in the dictionary, it will occur in the lower portion of the result page
which will be displayed here.
Before clicking the search button you should choose at least one of the checkboxes
below the text box, in order to refine your search. For eg. if the word you are looking for is a verb,just choose the Verbs
checkbox, similarly Common Words and Dictionary are vast repositories of words and phrases.
If you need to know the Kanjis of Japanese Surnames, choose the Proper Names checkbox. The Miscellaneous checkbox is a
versatile option,it includes Japanese terms related to Aviation , Place Names , Linguistics, Chemicals,
Computing and Communication, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing , Geology and
Names of Stars.
